Booking Commitment

Nutritional consultations sessions are booked in advance. Confirmation is subject to the completion of the digital health intake form.

Cancellation Window

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
02.3

Service Expiration

Consultation packages must be utilized within six months of the purchase date, unless otherwise specified in the individual plan agreement.
